Michelle Obama spent Friday grocery shopping with Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner and USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack in North Philadelphia. She then dropped by Fairhill Elementary School to speak about 'Let's Move,' her anti-childhood obesity initiative.
